Last-minute Father's Day Project

Father's Day is just around the corner, this Sunday, 15th. If you're still looking for a quick project for Dad, we've got one that can be made up in just a couple hours: a Dopp Kit.

Originally Lindsay of The Cottage Mama made dopp kits with our Fox and the Houndstooth fabrics, but they are great in any variety of our quilting cottons, as well as our denims.

This version, made with our heavy weight Vintage Draper Denim with a sports-themed interior.

We used The Cottage Mama's great dopp kit tutorial with a couple alterations, including making the strap a few inches longer and attaching it to the end, rather than the side.

Make your own design choices, using denim, corduroy, or quilting cottons for a quick project that is certain to come in handy for Dad's next business trip or family vacation!

Make It Your Own: Paper Bag Dress

Super simple, with a little elastic around the top and coordinating straps, Caila made one using Ann Kelle's new and extra-sweet Girl Friends fabric collection. It would be cute in so many of our novelty cottons!
