Quilt Market Clothes

Despite the name of the event, we wanted to showcase some clothing and alternate uses for our fabric beyond quilts. With a wide range of new releases this fall, it was great to show off Ann Kelle's new Slicker and flannel fabrics, as well as alternate uses for quilting cottons.

Urban Zoologie Slicker and Remix Flannel made a fabulous raincoat combo, perfect for the rainy days of winter. The umbrella was re-done using Remix Slicker to coordinate.

Appliqued tops and flannel footies we made using Ann Kelle's new Urban Flotologie flannel .

In our Botanics booth, we wanted to show how the fabrics could be used for quilts, clothes and a variety of other sew projects including poufs, pillows and tote bags.

Oliver + S Playtime dress pattern was made with Carolyn Friedlander's Botanics fabric in Tangerine and accented with metallic floss for a faux collar.

We used the brand new Emery dress pattern with a teal and metallic print from Carolyn Friedlander's Botanics collection.

Using the same teal and metallic print from Carolyn Friedlander's Botanics collection, the Cargo Duffle pattern was designed by Anna Graham of Noodlehead. She combined the print with several others from Botanics, as well as Outback Canvas and Essex Yarn-Dyed Linen for a sturdy and stylish bag.
