Pixel Play Blog Tour

Hey, all. Today is our stop on the Pixel Play blog tour! Pixel Play is a new book by Emily Cier of Carolina Patchworks, and we have to start off by saying that we absolutely LOVE this book!

The quilts in it are SO much fun and are sure to put a smile on everyone's face, children and adults alike. And they're all made exclusively with 1 1/2" strips of...you guessed it...Kona Cotton Solids!

Emily's instructions are super clear and easy to follow, and she also includes a number of useful tips and comments in her own style that make Pixel Play just a darn good read as well. So needless to say, we think this book is a must have!

Emily asked us which quilt we would choose if we could have any one of the 15 from the book. Yoni from our marketing department had this to say:

"I would definitely choose the Americana throw. The first house I ever lived in as a kid was yellow, and there was also a gigantic oak tree in the front yard. Seeing this quilt really brought me back to my early years."

So now onto the giveaway! But what's the prize?

It's a mystery! All winners get a copy of Pixel Play, but what will your box include? Maybe a Kona color card? Or some Aurifil 50wt thread for piecing your pixelated world? Or maybe C&T Publishing's Ultimate 3-in-1 Color Tool? Or maybe some Carolina Patchworks patterns?

Every box will be a suprise -- just like Christmas when you were a kid!

For a chance to win, leave us one comment below telling us what would be the #1 thing you would like to see pixelated on a quilt. It could be anything - your favorite childhood character, your favorite animal, your favorite type of flower - anything.

And when you're done with that, be sure to check out the rest of the blog tour for more chances to win! The deadline to enter our giveaway is this Friday, October 12th.
