New Kona Colors!

In 2011, we asked for your help to expand our range of Kona® Cotton Solids, and with your input, we added 28 new colors to bring us to a total of 243!

Well we have some great news for all of you fabric lovers...this year we're adding even more colors!!!

Because all of your feedback was so valuable last time, we'd like to ask for your help once again. Are there any colors you think we're missing that could complete our range? This is your chance to let us know!

Your suggestion might just persuade us to add that one color you've been searching and searching for, but could never find!

If you'd like to reference our current range of colors, you can find them all in the Kona® Cotton Solids section of our website.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us!

How about one that closely matches Pantone's color of the year?

More gray tones, gray to brown tones, and more aqua to teal tones please!
I also noticed that there is a lack of ranges in yellow tones.

think about some more in the violet range- similar to mulberry, amethyst and crocus, but more violet.

I recently needed a kind of brownish orange and found one called apricot which wasn't on the color card. It is definitely a missing color. Also some taupe colors would round out the neutral selections.

Definitely more greys

I would love to see some pink oranges, that are lighter than orange but pinker than mango, lighter than Coral. As well as a few of the neon colors: pink, yellow, green, orange?

thanks!

Definitely Burnt Umber and Wine reds....and steel and charcoal greys would rock!

I think the range is a bit light on medium/bright pinks. Most of the other colours graduate really well but I've always had to add pinks of other brands to get them to graduate well.

I would like to see darker tones of the colors, as in more black mixed in, rather than all bright colors, especially the two aqua-turquoise colors.

I was looking for a grayish purple this year and couldn't find one from Kona. That would be my suggestion. I'm thinking a paler purple that is almost gray.

I love Kona Cottons and have been a big fan for many years. Even had large yardage shipped to me while on vacation in "Kona, Hawaii" one year to make one of my King size Hawaiian applique quilts and currently planning another. Kona Cotton is the best. Love all your colors and happy to see more. I can work happily with your color pallette, but always excited to see new colors added.

I also rate stores based on the "premiere" stores providing a bolt of every Kona cotton color available. Love shopping at such stores.

Perhaps another almost-black-but-not-quite colour, similar to Pepper, but in another tone?

More tonal varieties of the greys. Also, I agree with the neons.

It would be great to see the Patone color(s) of the year added every couple years, but also some yellows and more taupe-khaki colors!
Besides this years emerald would look beautiful on fabric!!!

I would love a pale, creamy but bright tangerine! Like the color of a creamsickle, or a yellow-orange Crayola.

How about a color close to Target's red (it's copyrighted by them). Or a wonderful royal purple a la Kansas State University!

Shades of yellow to gold tones would be wonderful. I tend to use wines to dk. rose. And shades of purple. Being from Lancaster County Pa. I guess I like the shades that are in Amish quilts. BTW I love your fabric!

More oranges and yellows. No more browns, tans, or others in that family, please! :D

A few natural looking skin tones would be great

I would like to see some canvas color and old smoke, very tonal warm neutrals leading into heathers and pale grays.
